Terms of Use

Effective Date: May 11, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RentQuest, a mobile utility and Solana-enabled application operated by Matt Crypto (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using RentQuest (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent that:

• you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
• you are not prohibited from using the App under applicable law; and
• you will use the App only in compliance with these Terms of Use and applicable law.

2. Description of the App

RentQuest is a mobile utility app that helps users identify and close empty Solana token accounts so they can reclaim locked rent deposits. Depending on the version of the App and your settings, features may include:

• wallet connection through supported third-party wallet applications;
• scanning connected wallets for empty SPL Token and Token-2022 accounts and estimating reclaimable SOL;
• batching and submitting account-closing transactions to recover SOL rent deposits;
• local history, recovery totals, achievements, and app settings; and
• selecting Solana cluster or custom RPC settings for blockchain reads and transaction submission.

We may add, remove, change, suspend, or limit features at any time.

3. Wallets and Blockchain Access

The App is non-custodial. We do not hold your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your wallet, device, seed phrase, and private keys;
• reviewing and approving each blockchain transaction before you sign it;
• ensuring that you understand whether you are interacting with Solana Mainnet, Devnet, or another network; and
• any activity that occurs through your wallet.

We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised wallets, lost seed phrases, signing mistakes, malware, unauthorized device access, or user error.

4. Account Scanning, Closures, and Finality

RentQuest depends on public blockchain data and third-party infrastructure to identify eligible token accounts and submit transactions. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• scan results and reclaimable SOL estimates depend on public blockchain data and RPC responses that may be delayed, stale, incomplete, or unavailable;
• blockchain transactions are initiated only when you choose to sign them with your wallet;
• transactions on public blockchains may be irreversible once submitted and confirmed;
• network fees, priority fees, and related blockchain costs may apply;
• account-closure attempts may fail if account state changes, permissions are insufficient, close authority or ownership restrictions apply, or third-party services fail; and
• custom RPC endpoints or unsupported wallet/provider behavior may cause failed reads, incorrect estimates, or unsuccessful submissions.

Except where required by law, completed blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable.

5. Public Blockchain Activity

RentQuest reads public blockchain data to identify eligible token accounts, and any account-closing transactions you submit through the App may become permanently public on the Solana blockchain. Public blockchain activity may include, for example:

• your public wallet address;
• transaction signatures;
• token account or mint information associated with account-closure transactions; and
• publicly visible records showing that rent was reclaimed through a confirmed transaction.

Blockchain data is public and may be visible to anyone using blockchain explorers, analytics tools, indexers, or other services. We cannot delete or control information that has already been written to a public blockchain.

6. Local App Data

The App may store data locally on your device, including scan history, total recovered SOL, accounts closed, achievements, selected network settings, custom RPC configuration, connected wallet information, and similar app state. Local data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear device storage, switch devices, or experience device or operating-system issues.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its related infrastructure, except as permitted by applicable law;
• bypass or tamper with safety checks designed to prevent closure of non-empty or unauthorized token accounts;
• abuse public or custom RPC infrastructure through excessive or malicious use;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use or created risk for the App, its users, or third parties.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, audio, artwork, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Matt Crypto, except for third-party content, open-source software, and public blockchain data that may be subject to separate rights.

Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including:

• mobile wallet providers;
• Solana RPC providers, validators, and blockchain infrastructure;
• custom RPC endpoints you choose to use;
• analytics and crash reporting providers, including Google Firebase services;
• app distribution platforms; and
• device operating systems.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, content, privacy practices, or security.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available;
• scan results, reclaimable SOL estimates, history totals, or analytics information will always be accurate or complete;
• all eligible empty token accounts will be detected or successfully closed; or
• the App will be compatible with all devices, wallets, networks, tokens, or RPC endpoints.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Crypto and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, digital assets, business opportunity, or device access, arising out of or related to the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid us directly, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Matt Crypto and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your use of the App;
• your violation of these Terms of Use;
• your violation of law or the rights of any third party; or
• any transaction or activity conducted through your wallet.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the App after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice, if required for legal, security, operational, or business reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
