Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Matt Crypto (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with Wings of Sol (the “App”).

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the App, including wallet-connected gameplay features, in-app purchases, locally stored gameplay data, and public blockchain activity associated with the App.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process the following categories of information.

A. Wallet and Blockchain Information

If you connect a supported Solana wallet, the App may process:

your public wallet address;
public blockchain transaction signatures associated with your use of the App;
public memo or transaction data written to the Solana blockchain through App features;
public ownership or purchase-related blockchain records; and
leaderboard, gameplay, or restore-related blockchain data derived from public chain activity.

We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet credentials.

B. Local Device and Gameplay Information

The App may store or process locally on your device:

high scores and gameplay progress;
lives, rewards, achievements, or inventory state;
selected themes, backgrounds, or cosmetics;
locally cached purchase receipts or restore data;
connected wallet address for local restore or display purposes;
cluster or network settings; and
similar gameplay configuration or state data.

C. Transaction and Purchase Information

If you choose to make a purchase or use blockchain-enabled features, the App may process:

item type and item identifier;
purchase amount;
transaction signature;
transaction status and timestamp; and
related public on-chain records.

D. Technical and Diagnostic Information

Depending on your device, operating system, wallet provider, or app-distribution platform, certain limited technical data may be made available to us or our service providers, such as crash information, device compatibility information, or basic app performance information.

3. How We Use Information

We may use the information above to:

operate, maintain, and improve the App;
enable wallet connection and blockchain-enabled features;
process and reflect purchases, unlocks, rewards, and restores;
show gameplay status, ownership status, and leaderboard information;
detect bugs, prevent abuse, and maintain security;
comply with legal obligations; and
communicate with users who contact us for support.

4. Public Blockchain Disclosure

The Solana blockchain is a public blockchain. If you use blockchain-enabled features in the App, certain information may become permanently public, including:

your public wallet address;
transaction signatures;
memo or transaction data associated with gameplay or purchases; and
public activity used to derive leaderboard, ownership, or restore information.

Public blockchain data is generally immutable and may remain publicly accessible indefinitely through blockchain explorers, indexers, analytics tools, and other third parties. We cannot delete or control information that has already been written to a public blockchain.

5. Local Storage and No Separate Central Game Database

The App stores certain gameplay and preference data locally on your device. Based on the current App design, we do not maintain a separate centralized database solely for storing your gameplay inventory, lives, backgrounds, or ownership records outside of local device storage and public blockchain activity, except to the extent a future version of the App introduces additional services.

If this changes later, this Privacy Policy should be updated before publishing the new version.

We may share or disclose information in the following circumstances:

with wallet providers you choose to use;
with Solana RPC providers, validators, node operators, and other blockchain infrastructure participants as needed to submit or read blockchain data;
with app-store, device-platform, hosting, analytics, support, or infrastructure providers, if used;
if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or similar legal process; or
in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, or business reorganization.

We do not sell your private keys because we do not collect them.

If you do not sell any personal information for money or targeted advertising, you may publish the following statement as written: “We do not sell your personal information.”

Depending on your jurisdiction, we may process information based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

performance of a contract with you;
your consent;
our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App; and
compliance with legal obligations.

When you connect a wallet or sign a transaction, you are choosing to use blockchain-enabled features that inherently involve public blockchain processing.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including legal, operational, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

Local device data remains on your device until you delete the App, clear app storage, or otherwise remove the data. Public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. However, no method of electronic transmission, mobile storage, or blockchain interaction is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your device, wallet, seed phrase, and connected accounts.

10. Your Choices

Depending on how you use the App, you may be able to:

choose whether to connect a wallet;
decline to sign blockchain transactions;
disconnect your wallet;
change network settings where supported;
delete local App data by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage; and
contact us to ask questions about our privacy practices.

Please note that disconnecting a wallet or deleting the App will not remove information already recorded on a public blockchain.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, or under any higher minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

12. International Users

If you access the App from outside the country where Matt Crypto is based, you understand that information may be processed in other countries and on decentralized global blockchain infrastructure that is not tied to a single jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
